Data management tools
The Force.com platform provides two types of data management tools:
Cloud-based tools
API-based tools
We can use these types of tools to import data or export data or to transfer ownerships.
Cloud-based tools
Cloud-based tools are offered in the Force.com platform itself and we don't have to download the particular tool to our local computer. These types of tools are easy to use and we can perform the particular operations quickly. The following tools can be categorized under the cloud-based data management tools:
Import Wizard
Data Export
Mass Transfer Records
Mass Delete Records
Analytic Snapshot
