Chapter 4: Modifying the Board, Workflow, and Associated Schemes

You should have created your first project by now, and maybe even a few new issues for your work. You also have a good idea of how to find your way around the project settings world to do some simple administration, if nothing more than looking at what is initially set up.

Now it is time to dig deeper into how to make changes to the original objects created with the project template. Very few times will you just accept what gets created out of the box. Most likely, there will be several changes you want to make so that your project reflects more closely how you work in your organization or on your team.

For example, modifying transitions in the workflow can be done to simplify the options available to users, so they only see relevant statuses when moving from column to column.
