Integrated delivery with the Nexus framework
Nexus is a scaled Scrum framework devised by scrum.org that intends to facilitate delivery when scaling Scrum in larger organizations (3-9 Scrum Teams).
Nexus builds upon and augments the Scrum framework. The goal of Nexus is to remove obstacles to delivery for multiple Scrum Teams working on a single product. It focuses on decreasing the complexities of multi-team development so that a minimum of one valuable, integrated Increment may be delivered with every Sprint.
Some common challenges when scaling Scrum include managing cross-team dependencies, ensuring accountability, and preserving self-management. Nexus helps to identify dependencies early and potentially remove them, while allowing individual teams to self-manage and be accountable for their own Increments.
