Monitoring strategies

In this section, we will take a look at the monitoring strategies that make microservices observable. It is common to implement the following or more strategies to create a well-defined and holistic monitoring solution.

Application/system monitoring

This strategy is also called a framework-based strategy. Here, the application, or in our case microservice, itself generates the monitoring information within the given context of execution.
