Salesforce B2C solution architecture focuses on delivering business-to-consumer experiences using Salesforce products. This capability, and the Salesforce B2C Solution Architect certification, is in high demand because it truly takes a unified viewpoint and a broad understanding to get the most out of your Salesforce investment.
