Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Processes
Artificial intelligence allows us to accelerate business processes by incorporating data processing or even making predictions about possible outcomes. As we have already seen in Chapter 6, Power Platform allows us to incorporate different artificial intelligence models into our processes and use their results as part of our automation.
In this chapter, we will see in detail how we can make use of the models that AI Builder offers us in our business processes for text processing scenarios, forms processing, and predictive models. The application scenarios we will see will be related to native Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement processes. However, AI Builder is not limited to this and can be applied to any custom process, built-in Power Apps, or external systems.
