In this chapter, you will learn how you can build a Today Extension so you can integrate useful information from your app with the Today View. A proper integration with the Today View can help users see the information they care about at a glance. The basis for the extension that you will build in this chapter is an inspirational quote app called The Daily Quote. In its current state, The Daily Quote only shows a quote when the user opens the app. You will expand this app by implementing a Today Extension.
