Organization and smart groups
Before we enroll any devices, you will need to create your organization and smart groups for your workspace management deployment. Since the primary organization structure was already created in Chapter 5, Mobile Device Management, we only need to simply add an additional organization group for enrollment.
Organization groups
To add your new organization group for your workspace management devices, complete the following steps:
Log in to Admin Console.
Navigate to Groups & Settings | Expand Groups.
Expand Organization Groups | Organization Group Details.
Change your organization group to the Florida Office group as this is where you will continue to build on your structure, as shown in the following screenshot:
Within the Florida Office organization group details, click on Add Child Organization Group:
Enter Child Group Name; we will use
Florida BYOD Workspace
.Enter the Group ID users will enter as part of enrollment; for this group, we will use
FLBYODWORKSPACE
