Configuring networking
Choosing which network a Cloud PC will be created on is an important step. Microsoft Hosted Network is the most simple and straightforward way to get your Cloud PCs up and running, and there are no setup requirements to use Microsoft Hosted Network. With Azure Network Connection (ANC), you can oversee maintaining the network for your Cloud PC platform. By using ANC, you bring your own network and can establish a connection between existing network infrastructure and newly created Cloud PCs.
ANC is required if you want to use Active Directory (AD) as a hybrid identity setup for your Cloud PCs, as it needs a stable connection to an on-premises or Cloud-based AD domain to complete the setup.
There is a limit of a maximum of 10 ANCs for each tenant. You’ll have to contact Microsoft support if you want more than 10 ANCs in your Windows 365 environment.
