Summary

In this chapter, we covered how to deploy applications and content to users with application management and the deployment of the secure browser for access to internal resources to users. Application management and deployment in the enterprise has become a critical component of enterprise mobility, and the demand from the workforce to use business apps on devices is increasing. Users are also requesting the ability to access intranet and portals from their mobile devices that may not be available externally, but this is all possible with AirWatch Browser.

This chapter provided an overview of MAM and how to set up and configure the MAG per app VPN for iOS 7 and greater devices. We then looked at the different application types available with MAM and how to deploy the apps to users' devices. We finished off the MAM section with application management within AirWatch.
