Identifying the appropriate licensing for apps in Microsoft Teams
While the Teams app is free to install for users (depending on your organizational settings), some third-party apps may need to be purchased to leverage their full feature set.
At the time of writing, this feature is starting to roll out to the Teams admin center across Microsoft 365 tenants, so it may or may not be available to you yet.
If available, this feature will be visible to you in the Teams admin center under the Manage apps page, where you will see the option to purchase the app under the Licenses column, as shown in the following screenshot:
