Creating a vertical navigation component
Guiding users through navigational controls is a known technique in almost all user interfaces. There are many ways to design them; examples are application wizards, tabs, and the like.
Power Apps Studio includes a ready-to-use template screen that uses a tutorial-like approach from the New screen selector:

You can take advantage of this feature to add a short tutorial for your new users.
This recipe will create a vertical navigational component suitable for desktop applications that will serve as a tool to guide your users.
How to do it...
- Navigate to the Power Apps maker portal and create a solution.
- Inside the solution, create an app by clicking New | App | Canvas app. Give it a name, and select the Tablet layout, as this component is more suitable for this form factor. Click Create to continue.
