How to become a local administrator of your Cloud PC
Generally, being a local administrator on a PC is not recommended; however, there might be cases where it’s necessary for a user to be a local administrator on their PC. If there is a need for a user to be a local administrator on their Cloud PC, Windows 365 Enterprise has a built-in setting that is easy to enable and manage.
Giving the user local administrator rights on their Cloud PC is configured within the User settings section in Microsoft Intune. This is also where you can configure restore point intervals, as we covered in Chapter 4, Managing Cloud PCs. This setting can be set before or after the user has started using their Cloud PC. The settings will be evaluated on logon.
