Extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Native Applications
Within the platform of Microsoft business applications, we find Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Dynamics 365 corresponds to the business applications designed, built, and marketed by Microsoft, also known as first-party applications, while Power Platform corresponds to the set of tools that Microsoft offers us so that we can design our own applications, processes, bots, and dashboards.
In turn, Dynamics 365 has multiple products that we can implement with an adoption approach, but also adapting the out-of-the-box processes, by extending and customizing the applications.
