Scrum Master anti-patterns
The Scrum Master is accountable for ensuring the Scrum is followed, as defined in the Scrum Guide. They educate and coach the Scrum Team and the organization in Scrum theory, principles, and best practices. They help the Developers become more self-managing and cross-functional and ensure the Product Owner maximizes the value derived from the Developers’ work. In short, they’re a leader who enables and supports the Scrum within the Scrum Team and the organization.
However, even the Scrum Master may fall into bad habits, particularly concerning the following anti-patterns:

- The Scrum Administrator
