Summary
In this chapter, we learned what scaled Scrum means, what the risks are, and how to deal with them. We examined two approaches to scaling.
First, we looked at the Scrum of Scrums method. We discussed how to conduct the event, how often it should take place, how long it should last, and what its objectives are.
After that, we examined the Nexus framework. We talked about the accountability of the Nexus Team, their interactions with the individual Scrum Teams, the artifacts they generate, and the events they participate in.
In the next chapter, we will stick with more advanced Scrum content by investigating the skills needed by a Scrum Master to help the Developers, such as risk management, increasing self-management, and applying leadership, coaching, and mentoring!
