Part 3: Extending Templates

Templates allow us to change the style and design of our site without affecting the site functionality. Joomla! comes with one great frontend template, which we can use in our projects, but we can also install third-party templates. In any case, to adjust the design of your templates and make them look even better, you can use template overrides or child templates. Also, extending what you learn in this part a bit further will lead you to develop your own templates.
