Like Chapter 4, Setting up the Switch, this chapter brings to you hands-on examples of the router's configuration. That said, this chapter is designed to provide you with step-by-step instructions of configuring the main features of the router, as outlined in the objectives of the CCENT certification exam. Now that you have become familiar with a router's boot-up process in Chapter 5, Introduction to Routing, you will be introduced to a router's LED indicators, and how to connect a router to a PC.
