On-demand App Generation (ODAG) is one technique that Qlik Sense Enterprise platforms have to create fresh new apps on-demand based on user selections. This feature is used mainly in situations where the size of your data is much bigger than your Qlik Sense Enterprise server's RAM memory.
Using the ODAG feature enables users to analyze billions of records without retrieving the whole dataset into memory. The idea behind this concept is that it is not necessary (or sometimes not even possible) to load all detailed data inside your Qlik Sense box RAM memory.
