Chapter 10: Power Virtual Agents Governance
In the previous chapters, we looked at building smart Power Virtual Agents chatbots for both the web as well as Teams. We gained enough experience to get started in this area. We can create agents that not only maintain a conversation but also guide the conversation and retrieve data from various sources to be included in the conversation.
The focus here will be on laying down the groundwork for how our environments will be set up and managed. We will look at several places where we get some good visibility into how our environments thrive, and where we look to determine whether any intervention is needed.
These last chapters will focus more on the general maintenance of agents.
In this chapter, our attention turns to governance. We will be looking at the following topics:
