We know where we’re coming from, and we know where we’re going. But how do we get there? We have learned how to do assessments, and we have defined our goal: sustainable healthcare. Based on these assessments, we have learned how to set up a balanced program with projects on ideation, prototypes, pilots, and deployment with different teams. Now, it’s time to start planning the transformation itself.
We will learn how to conceptualize the plans, how to form the teams to execute these plans, and what actions are part of it. Now, how do we empower these teams to execute the transformation?
