AWS infrastructure can be created and customized using the AWS dashboard (GUI), CLI, or APIs. These methods may be quick to build an infrastructure for once but, over a long period of time, to create a whole or partial infrastructure repeatedly in a different region to build DR, or in a subsidiary AWS account, those methods would be costly not only in terms of time and cost but also in terms of management, modification, and maintenance.
