In previous chapters, we looked at some of the governance considerations around using Power Virtual Agents for both the web as well as Teams. We then looked at some aspects specific to either the web or Teams creation and deployment options.
In this chapter, we want to look at some best practices. When performing certain configurations, it is always a good idea to follow specific patterns and best practices. This enhances the ability to maintain your products in a more consistent manner and creates a certain level of familiarity within the organization. Besides the standard platform best practices, your organization could set its own set of rules and best practices to enhance the standard platform best practices.
