Many enterprises will need to start significantly reinventing themselves, in order to enhance their agility. The change needed is tectonic in nature, as it encompasses not only the extrinsic and tangible elements of a business, like people, process, and governance, but also, and more importantly, the intrinsic and intangible elements like mindset and culture.
