Part 2: Extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Applications

In addition to creating a custom application, thanks to Power Apps, we can extend the user experience (both internal and external) by incorporating embedded applications as components, extending the command bar with Power Fx, or enabling a web portal with Power Pages.
