Registering for Azure IoT
To start working with Azure IoT, we need to register for a free Azure account. As the first step, go to https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/ and click on the Start button shown in the following figure:

To be able to get a free Azure account, you need to have a Microsoft account. If needed, you can create one. Once the account is set up, Azure will ask you for credit card details and two-factor authentication.
When the procedure has been completed, you can access the Azure dashboard by opening the browser to https://portal.azure.com/.
The next step is to enable the IoT Hub console.
