Defining the choose and confirm delete template

The template for this operation needs to have two parts: one part where the admin chooses the partner and property. The second part displays chosen property information and asks for confirmation. This is accomplished using Django template language. We add an if statement that tests the value of a confirm property. If it is False, we display the sub-form to choose the partner and property.
