Summary
In this chapter, we demonstrated how to configure Skype for Business users in both standard and advanced scenarios. This included controlling the experience for audio-conferencing and online meetings. We also learned about the various aspects of voice services and calling plans, including calling trees and hold queues. We even explored some of the less rigorously traveled aspects of working with Skype for Business as a VoIP solution. You should now be ready to address virtually any conferencing or calling requirement that your users can imagine.
In the next chapter, we will be looking at administering Yammer.
