Technical requirements

You do not need any prior knowledge of an email application to learn how to use Outlook 2019. It is, however, imperative that you are able to launch the Outlook 2019 interface from your computer desktop. You should be confident with minimizing and maximizing the Outlook window and should have some knowledge of the general purpose of an email application such as Outlook 2019.
