Identifying and applying leadership styles
There are diverse ways to inspire and guide people towards a common goal. There is not one single way of being a leader, and the most effective leadership style often depends on the composition of the team, the nature of the product it is working on, and the organizational culture.
Important note
Leadership style questions rarely come up in Level-II Scrum Master exams. Just remember that a true leader tries to help develop the team so it can reach its full potential. However, it is important for a practicing Scrum Master to know about the distinctive leadership styles and be able to determine which applies best to a particular situation.
