Summary
In this book, we have mentioned several times that UX is an ongoing process, and we have to design the interface in a way that makes sense to users.
Having a successful product involves not only launching it, but also having a post-launch process in place; because to create a great user experience, we have to design the right features for our users, research our users' problems, and build designs that solve those problems.
The best way to do this is to gather as much data as we can from our users, and then form our product by following suggestions and making improvements.
We have already covered a few steps that need to be taken after the launch of the product, to start applying the ones that fit your process.
In the next chapter, we will discuss big data and how we can provide a better user experience when we are dealing with it, the role that UX plays in it, and what big data means to UX. So, see you in the next chapter!
