This button takes you to the printer software where you can also set the paper size, paper type, and other printer-specific features, such as two-sided printing, borderless printing, checking ink levels, and turning the printer's color management software to Off (it's always better to let Photoshop Elements handle the color management):

This is the printer's software—offering a range of more options, as if we don't have enough already. Options include printer maintenance (important), paper source, orientation, paper type, and more. You'll find that the user settings are a great feature that allows you to save all your settings so they can be recalled next time you make a print. You can then save user settings for glossy paper, matte papers—even different ink types and final print sizes.
