Configuring the Cloud Vision API for image recognition

In this section, we will be preparing to use the Cloud Vision API, using our Flutter application. It is mandatory to have a Google Account for this task, which we will assume that you already have. If not, you can create a Google Account free of charge by signing up at the following link: https://accounts.google.com/signup

Enabling the Cloud Vision API
