Understanding the governing dynamics

Eventually, you will need to reach an equilibrium across the main governing bodies of the evolution and its executors. By the term equilibrium, we indicate a situation where every stakeholder balances what is best for the part of the organization that they represent with what is best of the organization as a whole. Being inspired by the Nash equilibrium, I borrow the phrase governing dynamics and add an element of DevOps to it. One of your aims in your evolution should be to come into a DevOps equilibrium across the organization by doing what is best for individual areas and what is best for the broader organization. One of the ways to do that is to ensure that you understand and balance your DevOps governing dynamics. Governing indicates both the ones that govern (the vision authority) the evolution, but also the ones being governed (the organization’s lower levels) in the evolution.
