Microsoft has established a Responsible AI Standard, presenting a comprehensive framework that guides the development of AI systems. This framework is grounded in six key principles: fairness, reliability and safety, privacy and security, inclusiveness, transparency, and accountability, as depicted in the preceding above. They follow two guiding principles: ethical and explainable. These principles form the bedrock of Microsoft’s commitment to a responsible and trustworthy approach to AI. This approach is increasingly vital as AI becomes more integrated into the products and services we use daily. In my opinion, this framework from Microsoft is exceptionally well-rounded for the design of generative AI solutions and should always be a primary consideration when architecting such solutions.
