Administrating Okta Access Gateway
After deployment, administrating your setup requires more of you than you might expect using Okta, since there are more elements to take into account, as all of this still runs on your infrastructure, just less than before. That means that you as an admin need to take care of the setup.
Backing up and restoring your Access Gateway deployment is one of the administrative tasks you need to take care of. Creating image-based backups is helpful, as these are complete snapshots of the deployed setup.
Overnight, the Access Gateway admin node will create a backup of your configuration. Through the admin interface, you can view and manage these. It allows you to rename, restore to a previous backup, and store the backup somewhere else.
