Team topologies

The cloud-native approach requires changes to the way in which organizations manage teams. In this section, we will strongly relay the must-read book, written by Matthew Skelton and Manuel Pais, called Team Topologies (https://teamtopologies.com/book). This book sets the stage for modern approaches such as Platform Teams but also organizes the knowledge of DevOps transition and management very well.

First, let us get to know the team topologies landscape a little bit better.
