Organizational anti-patterns
Sometimes, dysfunctions within the organization are reflected within the Scrum Team. This is more obvious in organizations transitioning to Scrum from more traditional, non-agile structures and methodologies. The most common organizational anti-patterns are as follows:

Re-shuffling the Scrum Team
In this anti-pattern, Developers, Product Owners, and even Scrum Masters are replaced every few months. This may happen for many reasons – for example, a high staff churn rate at the organization or personal or career-related reasons mean that Scrum Team members will often move on.
