What is E2E testing?

E2E testing is a methodology that assesses the working order of a complex product in a start-to-finish process. It ensures that the application behaves as expected and that the data is maintained and flows in the same direction as expected for each task and process.

This testing aims to replicate real user scenarios to validate the system for integration and data integrity. The test goes through every operation the application can perform, including communicating with external devices, to make sure the actions of the end users are replicated and tested.

Importance of E2E testing
