Basics of visual design


To create a good user experience and a great visual design for the product, we will need to combine different elements that will give a better shape to the product that we are designing.

Visual design covers both sides of the design categories, the graphic-design side and the user-interface side. It focuses more on the design aesthetics of our product and other related elements, such as colors, images, typography, and shapes.

Let's take a look at an example. Consider that we are traveling to a new country, which has a different culture and language. Usually, the first thing that we try to do is learn some basic words of their language, because, we want to be able to communicate with the people there.

Communication is an essential part of our life; when we cannot speak words of an unknown language, we start using body language to ask or answer questions. We can make signs for showing direction, danger, and much more.
