Performing user actions on a Windows 365 Cloud PC
Users being able to perform actions on their Cloud PC is one of the core elements in giving users an optimal experience compared to traditional VDI environments where they are very limited. Windows 365 makes it easy for users to take action on their Cloud PCs without having to depend on IT. Users are able to perform actions from the Windows 365 user portal and Windows App.
User actions are available under the three dots (…) on a Cloud PC card:

- Restart restarts the Cloud PC.
- Reset does the following:
- Reinstalls Windows (with the option to choose between Windows 11 and Windows 10)
- Removes personal files
- Removes any changes to settings
- Removes apps installed by the user

Before resetting your Cloud PC, make sure to back up any important files you need to keep in a cloud storage service...
