Building Applications with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement offers us multiple applications built by Microsoft such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to mention the best known. These applications were designed to cover specific business processes; we saw how we can extend them in the previous chapter. However, we may encounter the requirement to have an application that is customized and designed entirely on user experience (UX) requirements different from those offered by native applications. This may be because there are requirements for a specific group of users. After all, we may want to narrow an application to one or a limited set of use cases, or because there is an external user type that must be part of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement processes.
