Processing documents and receipts
There are several pre-built and customized models that allow us to process specific types of documents, such as identity documents, business cards, expense receipts, or documents in general, such as invoices, delivery notes, or others. Unlike the models we analyzed in the previous section, these models have in common that they only extract the information from the documents and do not process the texts.
Business card reader
The business card reader model allows us to extract the person and the organization’s data from business cards. With this data, we can create new contacts and accounts in our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation. As we saw in Chapter 6, this model is included in the Dynamics 365 Sales application, and we can make use of it both from the web and mobile application.
