Communicating the project


One of the main tasks of UXers is communication. It is important to keep stakeholders informed along the whole project, also it is great to create a final document where the whole project is explained and everyone involved can be on the same page. You can create either a presentation or an A4-format document. You can use a canvas model for it.

UX canvas

In order to improve the understanding of the stakeholders about the user's needs and the project's directions, as well as the team involved in the development (designers, developers, and so on), a tool was created to leave this in a totally visual and interactive way, UX canvas, inspired by the classic business model canvas.
