Developing the project management plan

Since we have essentially covered all of the documents that will be part of the integrated project management plan, it makes sense to put the integration as the last chapter under process. At this point, we have covered every single management plan and baseline that would be integrated into the overall project management plan and then used to execute, monitor and control, and close out the project or phase. Remember, the project management plan is your YouTube video channel for how you will work your way through the project and make sure that any changes to the management plans and baselines go through integrated change control to be updated.
