Throughout this chapter, we touched on the heart of the DevOps 360° operating model. We highlighted the positioning of the DevOps 360° SDLC in our operating model and its relationship to the four elements that fulfill the 360° quality of our model. Afterward, we considered the breadth and depth of the DevOps 360° SDLC value proposition and introduced its six continuity phases, as defined in this book. Then, we examined the anatomy of capabilities and frameworks by providing respective examples. We continued by outlining an eight-step approach to work collectively across your broader DevOps stakeholder ecosystem on defining the evolved and engineered DevOps 360° SDLC. On that journey, we went from DevOps domain stakeholder identification to defining the overall tactic to ensure alignment and a coalition, as well as proposing the scope from a portfolio perspective.
