Alerting users of the next best action
Being able to identify the next best action to take with a customer is almost like finding a unicorn for many businesses. To achieve this, there are several approaches in Power Platform, from the implementation of Intelligent Recommendations to more low-code options such as making use of the assistant (formerly known as Relationship Assistant).
The assistant offers interactive cards with the most relevant information for the salesperson, from appointment reminders to customer information. The assistant can be accessed from the following:
- The navigation bar: At any time, we will be able to access the assistant from the Dynamics 365 navigation bar.
- Dashboards: It is possible to embed the assistant component in dashboards.
- Forms: It is possible to embed the assistant component in a table form. When doing so, the cards we will see in it will be only those related to the record.
