Configuring content management
Now that the infrastructure is in place and the security controls have been configured, we can start configuring the system in preparation to deploy content to the users. There are a lot of different options and configurations available when it comes to configuring content management. We will not be able to cover them all in detail in this book. However, we will give you an overview of where each of the configurations are. This will allow you to become familiar with each of the available options.
Content options
With AirWatch, there are three primary forms of content available for configuration:
AirWatch Managed Content: This is the content you upload manually to the Admin Console for the users to view. For example, you may have a company policy you want all users to be able to access and read.
Corporate File Servers: Here you can integrate multiple different types of repositories for your users to access the content:
