We learned that the Service Assurance Dashboard can be shared with others who are not global admins, and that the two dashboards when combined with Compliance Manager give us insight into knowing how our data is stored and how the various services we use are made compliant with industry regulations. The Compliance Manager dashboard also allows us the ability to assign responsibility for generic or custom compliance topics to users in our organization.
