Page actions
Actions are the menu items of Business Central. Action menus can be found in several locations. The primary location is the action bar appearing at the top of most pages. Other locations for actions are the navigation pane, Role Center, cuegroups, and the action menu on FactBox page parts. The following image displays the action bar of the Fixed Asset Card page:

On the right side (1), we find several clickable action menus containing actions and action groups. Where the Related and Reports menus have been added by AL code, the Automate menu is added by the platform. Other available action menu types, though not visible on the Fixed Asset Card page, are Actions and New.
To provide users quick access to the actions they need the most, we can promote actions, which will move them to the promoted actions area (2) on the left side of the action bar. Apart from Home, all promoted...
